About the Event
Hike Option #3 - Enjoy a relaxing morning hike along the upper plateau of the Pine Coulee Nature Preserve. Upon entering the woods, we will meander through the moss covered ground beneath Oaks and Cedars. This hike is considered easy-moderate.
We will casually discuss the history of Pine Coulee; how it has come to be protected and open to the public, and what the future holds! We will talk about the overall Coulee River Trails Project how this organization is advocating and creating recreation opportunities.
Where: Parking lot outside of Pine Glen Cemetery (Pine Coulee trailhead parking)
When: 9:45 AM - We will begin our walk at this time. Please RSVP so we can have an idea of how many we can expect!
Cost: Free!
Exertion: This hike will be light, but will be on a majority uneven terrain.
